2.A Material change after raw material purchased

This means the purchased material will be useless. LongPack will need to purchase new material at extra cost.

2.B Material change after production started

This usually means the printed items will be useless. LongPack will need to purchase new material at extra cost. This will likely incur additional production costs and extended delivery times.

2.C Material change after production finished, but before assembly

This means the produced items in question will be useless. LongPack will need to purchase new material at extra cost. This will incur additional production costs and extended delivery times.

2.D Material change after assembly, ready for shipping

This means the produced items in question will be useless. This will incur additional production costs, unpack/repack costs, and extended delivery times.

2.E Material change after shipped.

It is not usually possible to correct materials after shipped. One solution to consider is for LongPack to produce and ship the new/changed item at extra cost. These can be replaced at other location.
